How Flowster Users Win at Work with Proven Templates
Do you ever wish your work had an easy button?
At Flowster, our goal is to help our users accomplish their work in half the time (or half the cost).
Our marketplace of pre built templates provide an easier way of completing work, especially when onboarding new hires, working with a remote team, or outsourcing tasks.
Flowster’s early customers include a mix of agencies, consultants, in-house marketers and small businesses owners whose work involves lead generation, advertising campaigns, and influencer marketing.
In order to do their jobs well, they need to be able to manage recurring tasks and expand their capabilities with strategies such as a continually updating tech stack and expanding their team in a cost effective manner (for instance, hiring overseas).
Of course, this is just a small sample of the work to be done, and a small number of the templates available in the Flowster Marketplace. Many Flowster customers use marketplace templates as a starting point as they customize Flowster templates to their own liking, which is easier than starting from scratch.
(Of course, if you don’t find templates applicable to your work, you can build them using Flowster’s no-code interface, or have our team create fully custom templates just for you – which is more affordable than you might think.)
That said, the marketplace is chock full of templates that support our users’ workplace processes. Here are a few examples.
Table of Contents
Flowster was actually started for the purpose of supporting B2B lead generation. This key revenue generating step is still one of the primary reasons marketers turn to Flowster.
Start with simple but effective LinkedIn Lead Generation template, or the complete
Outbound Marketing Playbook, which covers everything from optimizing your LinkedIn presence to following up with leads.
It’s not always obvious how to use a software tool to achieve a specific result.
Flowster templates for Using SEMrush’s Keyword Magic Tool or Helium 10’s Blackbox show effective uses for these tools, in the form of a simple, step by step checklist.
There are Flowster templates available if you want to Create Google Ad Campaigns, use competitor data to create better Google text ads and Refuel Your Advertising Campaigns, or Find the Best Google Display Network Placements for Your Ads.
Not advertising on Google? Set Up Facebook Ad Manager and Create Ads That Convert.
Are Amazon sales a large part of your (or your clients’) business? Check out the Amazon Seller Playbook., which covers every aspect of running the Amazon channel. Amazon-specific templates include:
Leverage influencers by Networking & Building Relationships with them, and Promoting Your Cornerstone Content to Influencers to Gain Social Proof.
Uncover who will be interested in your content, and provide incentives to Get Major Press for Your Startup, Small Business, or Website.
Manage your critical daily or weekly tasks when you personalize the Routine Daily Tasks Management template.
Using this template will not only help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, it will also make it simpler for you to assign work to the rest of your team so you can take time off without stressing about what’s not going to happen while you’re gone.
If you need to expand your team, but are struggling to do so and stay within budget, check out the Virtual Assistant Hiring Process.
If you don’t have the time or inclination to run it, Flowster will hire and pre train your virtual assistant on workflow(s) of your choosing via our Virtual Assistant Placement Service.
At Flowster, we’re a firm believer in the power of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We’ve seen first hand how SOP templates work far better than training videos (and we’re not the only ones who think that unlike courses, they actually help your clients).
If you have tactical expertise to share with your audience, consider Selling SOPs in the Flowster marketplace, or exploring Flowster’s Content Partner Program.
By no means is this a comprehensive list of how Flowster users are using templates at work.
Our hope is that you use Flowster to manage workflows that are most relevant to your work. That could mean:
- Documenting your workflow, especially where you are working with multiple team members and software tools
- Systematizing projects where your team most often forgets or skips steps
- Creating SOPs for manual, repetitive tasks, so that you can more readily hire and onboard new team members
- Streamlining remote work to be performed by multiple people
