Flowster is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who is motivated, driven, and excited about the prospect of owning and managing a sales channel while also creating and maintaining relationships with a team of social media influencers.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in the world or on-site in the location listed.

The ideal candidate will be hungry, motivated, and eager to take on a highly entrepreneurial position. In addition to a can-do attitude, the ideal candidate will bring creative thinking to all aspects of community, ambassador relations, and the influencer marketing sector.


  • Manage the affiliate sales channel and own all sourcing, onboarding, and influencer lifecycles
  • Develop, execute, and manage all new and existing influencer relationships
  • Manage workflows for all social media campaigns
  • Manage relevant ambassador/influencer and social media inbound channels
  • Manage the tracking and analysis of weekly performance from affiliate marketing channels
  • Interact with all social media engagement, comments, and direct messages


  • Prior internship or direct experience in sales preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, digital or traditional communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets
  • A passion for social media and an understanding of the influencer landscape
  • Heavily focused on scaling the influencer marketing channel and hitting monthly prospecting, onboarding, and revenue targets while being mindful of our brand

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As with most roles, activities can vary so there isn’t necessarily a ‘typical day’. However, most affiliate managers will have a number of responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
  • Recruiting and training new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentives and bonuses for the program
  • Developing affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
  • Analyzing program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Delivering affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management
  • Ensuring that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner

As the Engagement Manager and Assistant to our two founders, you will rely extensively on these procedures when assigning tasks, as well as ensuring tasks are executed according to existing standards.

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, and preparing other forms of communications on the behalf of our founder and co-founder
  • Perform industry research and data collection with the help of other people on our team
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information


  • Posses a high level of proficiency in Google suite as well as the project management software we use (ClickUp)
  • Be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Highly skilled at time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience working with Sr level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Comfortable working with a variety of software tools (training provided as required)

  • Has experience unit testing React components

  • Manage blog posts about digital marketing (and related) topics covered in marketplace products
  • Plan and allocate resources
  • Stay up-to-date on current digital marketing trends and terminology
  • Raise the bar for digital content and the processes that go with it
