This all depends on how many people are in your “division” At Flowster, we use this term to represent any organization that needs to share workflows. It could be your company, department, team, whatever.

A “paid” user is someone in your division who has the ability to create templates, assign tasks to people, set due dates, schedules, etc. A “guest” user is free, but can only do work assigned to them, nothing more. Commonly, a “guest” user might be your virtual assistant (VA).

Yes! We have a Zapier app that allows you to do all sorts of fun things, like when a task is completed, someone adds a comment, or you can even automate the creation of workflows.

We hope you never want to! But just in case … you can downgrade back to a free account if you’d like. You can also contact us to completely delete your account and all your data.
