Flowster's workflow templates allow you to embed virtually any form of content that you like so that you can give your users the best experience possible.
Introduction to Workflow Content Sections
Definition: A content section is widget that you can drag onto the Flowster template canvas so that you can display whatever form of content you need.
Use-case:When creating a workflow template, you can display text, images, videos, downloadable files (PDF, PPT, Word, etc.), checkboxes, radio buttons, and so much more.
Benefits: With our vast array of content widgets, you can present your workflow content in whatever format you like, plus, you can leverage our input forms feature to allow you to pass variables to other applications you need to integrate with.
Workflow Content Sections Overview
In red, you can see the 6 types of content you can place onto the workflow template canvas. These include:
- Text box
- Image
- Video
- File (pdf, ppt, .doc, etc…)
- Checklist
- Radio button
In blue, you can see the 6 different types of input forms that you can display on your workflows to allow your users to collect data from users, clients, etc…as they progress through the workflow. More info on these forms can be found here.
In orange, you can see our dependent workflow widget which you would use when you need a user to start a second related workflow at some point during the first workflow. For example, if the first workflow was for keyword research, the 2nd related video could be for publishing a blog post.
