Get paid when you refer awesome people to work at Flowster!
Refer someone you know
Have them send their resume to careers@flowster.app, or to a specific person doing the hiring. Make sure they mention your name.
Get $100 when they're hired
If they end up getting hired, you'll earn $100.
Get 2 weeks of pay after 2 months
If the person is still working at Flowster after 2 months, you'll receive an additional 2 weeks of pay bonus (averaged from your previous 2 months of work).
